There is no simple way provided by Microsoft to share your calendar in Outlook 2013. We offer a simple solution, and it is free to share one calendar.
You need to download Sync2 Cloud software and sign-up for the free SyncGene online service. Sync2 Cloud is an Outlook add-in. It shares your local Outlook Calendar information with your cloud account in Google, iCloud, Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
To share information between cloud accounts in Google, iCloud, Exchange or Office 365 - you need to use the SyncGene online service, which allows cross-platform sharing of the information.
To accept shared calendar in their cloud accounts (Google, iCloud, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365) the accepting users will need to sign up for SyncGene for free. To accept shared calendar in a local Outlook, they'll need to sign up for SyncGene and download Sync2 Cloud for free.
Both Sync2 Cloud and SyncGene do not store any private information. They work as tools to pass your information and keep it synchronized.
How to share calendar on Outlook 2013
Step by step instruction on how to share your calendar in Outlook 2013 with iCloud, Google or Office 365 users.
- Download and Install Sync2 Cloud on a PC with Microsoft Outlook;
- Launch Sync2 Cloud, press ""Share Calendar"", choose which calendar to share;
- Choose your other (cloud) account (Google / iCloud / Microsoft Exchange), that will be used for sharing;
- Enter e-mails of people you want to share your Outlook Calendar with;
- You will be directed to the SyncGene web-app, Create an account or
sign-in; - Calendar shared successfully.
- The recipients can accept the shared calendar on a platform they use (Google / iCloud / Microsoft Exchange/ Microsoft Outlook Calendar).

About Outlook 2013

It has been visually redesigned and comes with a new color palette to help you focus on your current task, with a new and more clear view of your email, calendar, contacts and tasks.
Outlook 2013 has introduced .OST files for IMAP email account which has a similar format as Exchange, however, it synchronizes only email folders.
