Sync seems to work between two computers but not email on apple devices. I'm told thats likely a problem with my service email provider. but that doesn't resolve what I'd prefer to do.

I'm angry that I didn't get any notice to the log in change for Sync2 Cloud. I spent half a day troubleshooting it before I used the chat. Once there, The person was fantastic. New immediately what the problem was, and helped me through it.

The service I received from Jeff today was excellent. I have been really pleased with the product to date. I would hope that the problem that arose today after the upgrade was a one-off, but in any case it was resolved to my total satisfaction. Great service!
