The answers provided were FAR clearer than the website when it came to describing exactly what your various products do. I almost changed from sync2 because after reviewing your website syncgene or sync2 cloud both looked like they would be easier to use. Through the chat I understood that to do what I needed required using sync2. I would have been very dissatisfied had I made the switch but your service rep was SUPER clear in what was described and the recommendation they gave was the one that I am going with.
