Features:
Resending items with special filter.
Outlook rules are now ignored for e-mails with updates.
Ability to customize attachment file extension in e-mails with updates.

Fixes:

A none group was shown in view of a shared folder.
The shared folder contents was arriving late after initiating the sharing.
