Log in to CalDAV Server Source

1. Go to “Setup Sync”;
2. In “New Source Wizard” dialog choose "All Sources" and click "CalDAV - Calendar, Tasks";
3. In the "CalDAV login” dialog enter your CalDAV Server URL,Email Address and Password. Depending on the CalDAV Server - calendars and tasks can be supported;
4. Click “Login”.
