How it works

You need to install Sync2 Cloud on a computer where Microsoft Outlook needs to be synchronized. To synchronize Microsoft Outlook with Google, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, iCloud or your phone you do not need to connect anything to your computer, synchronization happens with your Google/Exchange/iCloud account. Once you set up the synchronization Sync2 Cloud will sync your data automatically at selected time intervals. Also, Sync2 Cloud will auto-detect any changes made either in Microsoft Outlook or in your Google, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud and accounts and transfer the changes automatically, so you will always be in sync and up to date. Sync2 Cloud will sync all the information without creating duplicate entries.

Before the synchronization you can choose advanced synchronization options, such as the direction of synchronization, specific folders and data you want to synchronize, choose the time when you want Sync2 Cloud to sync the data automatically.

To sync Microsoft Outlook with iPhone you will need to choose iCloud synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, also, you will need to enable iCloud Contacts and Calendar synchronization on your iPhone. If you want to sync Microsoft Outlook with Android phone you should choose Google synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, also, you will need to sign in to your Google account on your Android phone.
